Packaging
We strive to make our packaging as sustainable as possible. Our postal bags are made from cornstarch. Our postal boxes and crinkle paper are made from 100% recycled fibres.
Our external packaging is discreet and free from branding (we don't want to ruin the surprise!)
Wooden Ring Box - our boxes are completely handmade from sustainable walnut, which is harvested under strict management systems to ensure the balance and biodiversity of the surrounding area is maintained. Each box is uniquely designed to have the same grain in the box and lid and finished with a natural satin wax. By receiving this box you are supporting landscape regeneration initiatives. The box is supplied free of charge for orders £2500 and over. If your order is under £2500 and you'd like to upgrade to a wooden box you may order one here. Orders under £2500 are sent in a high quality card ring box.
We take great care in packaging your item to ensure your jewellery is not damaged during transit and arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery
UK Orders
All UK orders are sent free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day delivery).
Special Delivery packages are insured up to the full value of the jewellery. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone will be present at the time of delivery (home or work) to sign for the parcel. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the package from your local delivery office.
European Orders
Orders shipped within the EU are sent by DHL Express delivery and charged at £38.00. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery *
International Orders
International orders are sent via DHL Global Express delivery.
Orders shipped outside of the UK and EU are charged at £50.00 GBP. Please allow up to 3-8 days for delivery *
