Handmade Jewellery
Lilia Nash jewellery is made to the highest possible standard. All our jewellery is handmade and hand-finished, and is quality checked prior to dispatch. As with any handmade item small imperfections should be expected. Indeed, these add to the uniqueness of each piece.
What’s not covered by this warranty?
In the very unlikely event that you have an issue with your Lilia Nash jewellery piece please get in touch so we can assess if the issue is a workmanship fault. Aspects not covered by our warranty include:
- Flaws and damage caused by normal wear and tear, neglect, theft or loss;
- Any accidental damage that leads to cracked, chipped or lost gemstone/s and damage to the settings, shank or band;
- Is invalid if the jewellery has been altered (including resizing) or repaired by a third party;
- Any loss of gemstones;
- Scratched, abraded, chipped or otherwise damaged gemstones;
- Damage from rings worn together made from different metals;
- Rings that have been resized more than once by Lilia Nash Jewellery Ltd;
- This warranty is non-transferrable;
- Jewellery not purchased from Lilia Nash Jewellery Ltd.
What is Wear and Tear?
As we use our hands for a variety of activities, the rings we wear become susceptible to wear and tear from everyday life. Examples of wear and tear include (but not limited to):
- Scratches, dimples and other surface marks;
- With time gemstones may become chipped, abraded, and scratched;
- Wearing down and loosening of the prongs of the settings;
- Loss of metal on the ring shank. This is particularly the case with gold;
- Misshaping of the ring shank.
Resized Rings
Rings that are resized more than once or reduced or enlarged by more than two sizes from the original size can become more susceptible to breakages and loss of gemstones, as resizing can alter the settings and change the original curvature of the ring.
