Payment, Shipping and Delivery
All UK orders are sent free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day delivery) or First Class Recorded delivery.
Special Delivery packages are insured up to the full value of the jewellery. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone will be present at the time of delivery (home or work) to sign for the parcel. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the package from your local delivery office.
Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For or Tracked delivery. DHL express delivery is available on request.
For EU countries, delivery is charged at a flat rate of £12.00 GBP. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
International orders, outside of the EU are charged at £15.00 GBP. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Please be aware of possible customs charges and subsequent delays in your country. Please contact your customs office for further information.
In Stock and Made to Order Pieces
All in stock (ready to ship) items are dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. You can find our ready to ship jewellery under our main shop link, engagement rings and wedding rings links in the main site menu.
Most Lilia Nash jewellery is made to order. Please allow approximately 8-10 weeks for dispatch, depending on the piece.
Custom and bespoke jewellery can take longer, depending on whether the gemstones need to be sourced and verified ahead of creating the finally piece. Lilia has a selection of diamonds, sapphires and gemstones available for bespoke jewellery designs, and jewellery using these stones have the same delivery estimate as her made to order jewellery.
Fast Track Orders
If you require a made to order or bespoke piece of jewellery before the standard 8-10 week making and hallmarking period, before delivery, a fast track service is available for an additional 20% of the order value. Please contact us for details before placing an order.
We take great care in packaging your item to ensure your jewellery is not
damaged during transit and arrives with you in perfect condition. Each piece of jewellery is supplied in a luxurious jewellery box. Orders over £2500 are supplied in a handmade ethical wood jewellery box, free of charge, which can also be purchased for orders under £2500 for £60.
Shopping Cart (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal) - ordering online with us is safe and secure! We use Stripe secure payment. Simply click on the Card option in Checkout to enter your card details securely. We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX. Please note that all UK prices include VAT at 20% (not applicable on orders outside the UK).
Telephone (Credit/Debit Card) - The second method of payment is to call us on 01367 253393 (open Monday to Friday between 10am - 6pm BST. If there is no answer, please leave your name and telephone number on the answer phone and we will call you back. All major credit/debit cards (including AMEX) are accepted and your card details will be processed and approved instantly. Again, your order will be processed immediately.
