Moissanite is a lab created stone, based on pieces of moissanite found in meteorites (also known as space diamonds). Its brilliance is higher than a diamond (comparable to a G-H colour diamond, with a brilliance refractive index higher than a diamond). Creating moissanite has a minimal impact on the environment compared to mining diamonds.
