Bespoke 18ct yellow gold 7 stone ring, set with a 5mm (0.4 carat) medium blue aquamarine centre stone and 6 x teal blue diamond side stones (2 x 1.5mm, 2 x 2mm and 2 x 2.5mm). Bezel setting with milgrain edging around the stones; 2mm wide ring shank with polished finish.
