Delivery

All rings from our ready to wear collections are dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving your order.

UK orders are sent free of charge by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day delivery). Special Delivery packages are insured up to the full value of the jewellery. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone will be present at the time of delivery (home or work) to sign for the parcel. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card and you can collect the package from your local delivery office.

International orders are sent via DHL express delivery. Orders shipped outside of the EU are charged at £50.00 GBP. Please allow up to 5-8 days for delivery. We are afraid that we no longer send jewellery to the EU. Please be aware of possible customs fees, tariffs and other import charges and postal/customs delays in your country. Please contact your customs office for further information.

Packaging

We strive to make our packaging as sustainable as possible. Our postal bags are made from corn starch. Our postal boxes and crinkle paper are made from 100% recycled fibres. Our external packaging is discreet and free from branding (we don't want to ruin the surprise!)

Wooden Ring Box - our boxes are completely handmade from sustainable walnut. The box is supplied free of charge for orders £2500 and over. If your order is under £2500 and you'd like to upgrade to a wooden box you may order one here. Orders under £2500 are sent in a high quality card ring box.

We take great care in packaging your item to ensure your jewellery is not damaged during transit and arrives in perfect condition.

We offer free resizing on all ready to wear engagement rings, within 30 days of receipt. Most rings can be resized two sizes smaller or larger than the stated size.

I'm not sure of her ring size, can you help?

Finding the correct ring size can be quite tricky to get right. Some of the methods available online such as paper ring charts or placing an existing ring over a circle on your screen are not accurate. The best way to find out the ring size is to ask a family member or friend to help find her size. We produced a helpful guide on buying an engagement ring that fits. If she knows about the ring then you could visit a High Street jeweller to check the size or (advised) hire our professional finger measuring gauge.

Ring Size Conversion Chart

If you'd like to order a ring in a non UK size, it's best to contact us in advance of placing your order so that Lilia can design your ring using the most accurate sizing possible. Our sizing chart (click link) displays approximate ring size conversions from UK sizes.

Please note that ready to wear rings that have been requested to be resized cannot be returned for a refund/exchange. Therefore we advise proposing with or viewing the ring in its current size first and then returning for resizing or exchange/refund. Please view our full terms here.
