Bespoke Jewellery and Rings By Lilia Nash
Lilia Nash has been designing and making jewellery by hand since 2003. In 2010 she turned to hand to ethical designer jewellery, using only recycled gold, platinum, silver, palladium and other recycled precious metals to create the foundation of each piece. Her jewellery designs are set with ethical and fair trade diamonds, sapphires and other gemstones to bring added sparkle to her intricate jewellery, in a conscientious way.

The process of commissioning a bespoke piece of jewellery
It is always helpful to know which piece/s in my collection are the closest to your design idea. Perhaps you’d like a variation on a piece from my current collection or a custom made jewellery design that incorporates your favourite features from various designs.
I will also need to know the following:
- Which metals you prefer (I work in 18ct yellow gold, palladium, white gold, rose gold, platinum and Sterling silver)
- Gemstone/s and gemstone colours (eg: diamonds, pink sapphire, etc)
- Your budget
- Any deadline for completion
I will contact you via email or telephone (usually within 1 working day) with my suggestions and quotes. Hand-drawn sketches are available upon request. After we have shared ideas and you agree on a final design and quote, I will send you a deposit invoice for 50% of the quote. Please note that once paid, the deposit is non-refundable and the order cannot be cancelled.
I will need your correct finger measurement for bespoke rings – please read our Ring Sizing Guidefor further information
I will hand-pick a selection of the finest gemstones for your bespoke jewellery (fair trade wherever possible). I am happy to supply photos of gemstones if you’re not sure about the size, clarity and colour;
I will personally make your chosen piece of jewellery by hand. Please allow up to 6-8 weeks for completion (however I will work within a deadline where possible).
Your custom-made piece of jewellery will be sent to be hallmarked by the Birmingham Assay Office. The Assay Office can also engrave most pieces for an additional fee;
The final invoice will be payable upon completion of the piece. I send all jewellery by Special Next Day Delivery, free of charge.
Please note that I unable to incorporate customers’ own jewellery or gemstones into the design.
