Our Opening Hours
We will be available during our usual opening hours of 11am - 4pm (GMT) Monday to Saturday. You can contact us via email, telephone or social media to discuss our products and services, or with any other enquiries.
Bespoke Appointments & VIP Shopping
As per government advice, all in-person appointments at the Lilia Nash Jewellery Studio are presently postponed. During the lock down period, we will only be able to accept orders online or over the phone.
You can still commission Lilia to create custom and bespoke jewellery but this process will need to be undertaken online, by telephone or via video chat. Please contact us for further information about Lilia's bespoke jewellery services.
If you require ring sizing services, we provide the loan of our bespoke ring sizers in our online shop. The cost of using this service includes a deposit (that is redeemable against your purchase) and postage costs.
Express Shop Orders & Delivery
All of our in stock jewellery is hallmarked and available for dispatch at the time of writing. We are still dispatching orders but please note there may be a delay in receiving jewellery during this period due to increased demand on the UK and international postal services.
Made to Order, Custom & Bespoke
Lilia Nash jewellery is hallmarked and needs to be sent to the Birmingham Assay Office before we are able to dispatch made to order and bespoke orders to customers. The Assay Office was closed throughout late March and early April but has now reopened 2 days a week, so we are once again able to send customer orders for hallmarking. There may be a slight delay in the dispatch time of your order owing to the reduced hours.
